Getting started

Elara opens directly to a new dream entry. Tap the microphone and speak — the app transcribes your words in real time. When you're done, tap Save. That's it.

You don't need an account to journal. Just open the app and start talking.

AI interpretations

To interpret a dream, open it from your Dream Library and tap "Interpret Dream." The first time you do this, you'll be prompted to sign in with Apple to claim your 3 free interpretation credits.

Before the interpretation runs, Elara asks a few quick questions about your mood and what's been on your mind. These help personalize the reading.

Credits and subscriptions

Your interpretation credit balance appears in a few places: in the top right corner of the Dashboard, in the Account & Subscription section of Settings, and beneath the Interpret button when viewing a dream.

To manage or cancel a subscription, go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Restore purchases

If you reinstall the app or sign in on a new device, your credits and subscription status will be restored automatically when you sign in with the same Apple ID.

My dream entries disappeared

Dream entries are stored on your device. They are not backed up to any server. If you delete and reinstall the app, your journal entries will not be recoverable.

Privacy

Your dream journal stays on your device. We never upload, read, or store your journal entries. Only the specific dream you choose to interpret is ever sent anywhere, and it is not retained after the interpretation is returned.
